Albert Einstein College of Medicine has an annual site license for academic use of Mathematica Desktop and Wolfram Programming Lab. Any member of the Einstein community may access these software programs once they have registered for an account.

To access Mathematica Desktop and Wolfram Programming Lab, follow these steps:

    1. Create an account (new users only):
      1. Go to and click "Create Account"
      2. Fill out the form using your Einstein e-mail address and click "Create Wolfram ID"
      3. Check your e-mail and click the link to validate your Wolfram ID
    2. Request access to Mathematica Desktop software:
      1. Fill out the appropriate form to request an Activation Key
        1. form for students 
        2. form for faculty/staff using a work computer 
        3. form for faculty/staff using a personal home computer 
      2. Click the "Product Summary page" link to access your license
      3. Click "Get Downloads" and select "Download" next to your platform
      4. Run the installer on your machine, and enter the Activation Key at prompt
    3. Request access to Wolfram Programming Lab software (online use only):
      1. Fill out this form to request access
      2. Go to Wolfram Programming Lab and sign in to access Wolfram Programming Lab (this software is available online only) 

Note: Our Mathematica license allows for grid computing for dedicated research clusters or in ad-hoc, or distributed grid environments. To get started, please contact Paul Winterbotham at Wolfram Research
