AMA's Miles for Healthier Lifestyles is a 2-week Class Competition to see which Class can run, bike, jog, walk, etc the most from March 11-22! See your email for links to the exercise surveys! The class who exercises the most will receive a free healthy frozen yogurt party, and the top 50 participants will receive free t-shirts! So get excited and get healthy! |
