The Division of Translational Genetics has invited Dr. Adriana Heguy, Associate Laboratory Member Manager, Geoffrey Beene Translational Oncology Core Facility and Dr. Igor Dolgalev Senior Bioinformatician, Geoffrey Beene Translational Oncology Core Facility of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to Albert Einstein for a seminar to discuss the technical aspects of target capture for clinical diagnostic. The talk will discuss a pipeline for sample processing (specimen extraction methods, library prep) and data analysis. The seminar will be held on Friday, March 1st from 2-4pm in the Price Center, room 551. |
