Faculty Development Event

Tools to Turn Your Quality Improvement Project into Scholarly Work

Date: Wednesday, July 25, 2018

Time: 9:00 AM To 11:00 AM

Location: Tishman Learning Center, Room #1 Moses Campus

Event Description:
NOW AVAILABLE BY ZOOM! This session will focus on turning existing QI work into a research question and scholarly project. Participants should come prepared with data and materials from current QI projects. We will use a QI framework and toolkit to create a charter and aim, then explore several discovery tools to identify key drivers and change concepts, which will in turn guide the formation of a research question. Squire guidelines and the need for IRB approval for QI projects will also be reviewed.

Target Audience:
Due to space constraints, participation in workshops sponsored by the Office of Faculty Development is limited to individuals with faculty appointments at the medical school. Thank you for understanding.
