Professional Interests

David Dayan-Rosenman, MD, AAHIVS is a general internist and primary care provider at South Bronx Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in the Hunts Point / Morrisania section of the Bronx.

Dr. Dayan-Rosenman graduated from Weill Cornell Medical College and subsequently completed an internship in Psychiatry followed by a residency in the Primary Care & Social Internal Medicine program, both at Montefiore Medical Center / Albert Einstein College Of Medicine. He then completed an Addiction Medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Roosevelt, with a focus on the treatment of medical complications of substance use disorders. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and in Addiction Medicine and is credentialed as an HIV Specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

Dr. Dayan-Rosenman is interested in care delivery models for vulnerable populations, including substance users and members of sexual and gender minorities groups. He provides HIV primary care, buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder, hepatitis C treatment, woman's health, and full-spectrum LGBTQ care, including hormone treatment to patients of transgender experience.
