Unless other arrangements are made, students should visit the security office once arriving on campus so that they have unrestricted access to residential housing. * Commuter students should make sure to get their ID card before the start of Orientation, August 10, 2020. *
Einstein Campus identification cards are issued through the Department of Security and Transportation, located on the first floor of the Forchheimer Building, Suite G-9. The administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5 PM.
An initial identification card is provided at no cost to incoming students. A valid form of photo identification, i.e. driver's license or passport must be presented before a photo identification card is issued.
Students should display their Einstein ID card whenever on campus as it provides restricted access to residential housing as well as educational and research facilities. The ID also provides students with shuttle transportation to the many local hospitals as part of the medical education curriculum, as well as library privileges and access to the Falk Center Recreation Facility.
