Einstein students and faculty enjoy a quality of life that’s hard to find in many urban areas: comfortable, affordable housing in an area rich with recreation and entertainment.
Einstein's beautiful 38.6-acre campus is located in a quiet, tight-knit, culturally diverse residential area of the northeast Bronx, surrounded by single-family homes and apartments.
Our campus is surrounded by authentic international dining (Asian, Mexican, and Italian are just a few), and less than a 15-minute drive from a myriad of Bronx cultural attractions.
Einstein’s Eastchester Road student residence complex, located across the street from campus, offers affordable, spacious apartments overlooking Long Island Sound.
All apartments feature air conditioning, full kitchens, and parking in a locked garage.
The Falk Recreation Center, adjacent to the student residence complex and open to all students free of charge, features a full range of gym facilities including a swimming pool, active intramural teams, and fitness classes.
The Bronx is home to some of the nation's most incredible ethnic dining. Just a few of the options include:
Bronx Hospitality, Unnoticed by the Tourist Guides (NY Times)
Hidden Gems in the Bronx (Chowhound)
Dominick's Restaurant in the Bronx (NY Magazine)
Bronx Restaurants (Urban Spoon)
Dining, Shopping, and Places to Go in the Bronx (yelp)
When you're not in the lab, the Bronx offers you endless ways to relax and enjoy yourself. Check out some of our local attractions.
Einstein's 60+ campus clubs offer opportunity for you to meet people outside your program who share common interests. Here are just a few.
