The mission of the Career and Professional Development program is two fold: i) to provide programs and services to assist graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in discovering and clarifying career choices, and to aid them in learning how to manage their careers effectively, and ii) to help graduate students and postdoctoral researchers at Einstein build a professional skill set which enables them to become world leaders in academic and non-academic careers.
