This workshop offers hands-on experience in using classroom assessment techniques to obtain immediate feedback about the quality of teaching and learning in classroom settings (both large and small). The focus will be on techniques that are easy to plan, implement, and analyze. Participants will learn how to seamlessly integrate these techniques into their teaching. The session will also include and interactive demonstration of the use of the audience-response (clicker) system for obtaining formative feedback.
