The Office of Diversity Enhancement has addressed the challenges of increasing the number of under-represented minorities by developing critical internal and external outreach efforts. Here are some of the external recruitment sites and internal recruitment events:

The Office of Diversity Enhancement hosts information sessions for under-represented students who want to find out more about Einstein. These sessions are held as follows:
- Weekly from September 1st through February 28th
- Monthly from March 1st through August 31s.
