The Office of Diversity Enhancement oversees all diversity activities involving Einstein students. Our focus is to address the needs of our under-represented minority medical students and provide a bridge to the faculty for mentoring and support. The Office of Diversity Enhancement offers individual mentorship. You can drop in without an appointment; or call ahead and reserve some time to meet with our faculty. They are available to meet with students for individual support services including, but not limited to:
- Career development – medical, research, public health
- Scholarly Work
- Mentorship
- Community Service
- Peer Networks
- Resources – including support for national events
Learning Style assessments are available in collaboration with Einstein’s Office of Student Affairs and Office of Academic Support & Counseling.
The Office of Diversity Enhancement, in collaboration with the Bronx Science Health Opportunities Partnership also offers medical career counseling for pre-health undergraduate students.
