November is National Diabetes Month, and the Montefiore Clinical Diabetes Center is sponsoring a variety of events throughout the month to educate staff and patients on how to maintain healthy lifestyles. Recognized both locally and nationally, the Center is a leader in research and a model of excellence in diabetes prevention and management.
This year's programs and events were organized by Clinical Diabetes Center Director Dr. Rita Louard and colleagues, and are geared to educate and raise the awareness of diabetes and its complications.
