Professional Interests

My research efforts in systemic autoimmunity have been focused on two aspects.  First, I have been using congenic mouse models to identify genetic variations and mechanisms that mediate the development of lupus.  Second, I have been using these mouse models to explore new therapeutics for Lupus targeting the identified causative mechanisms.
