Adam Friedman Receives Dermatology Foundation Award

Dr. Adam Friedman, chief resident in the Division of Dermatology, received the Dermatologist Investigator Research Fellowship for his project entitled "Antimicrobial and Wound Healing Impact of Nitric Oxide Releasing Nanoparticles in a Diabetes Model."
Dr. Friedman will conduct his work under the mentorship of Dr. Josh Nosanchuk, Associate Professor of Medicine (Infectious Diseases and Dermatology). The Dermatology Foundation Research Awards Program offers career development awards, fellowships, and grants that are intended to advance the early research efforts of individuals in dermatology and cutaneous biology.
