Dr. Shiloh is the Director of the Critcal Care Medicine Consult Service and Associate Program Director of the Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. As a clinician-educator he is the Director of critical care ultrasound training.
Receiving his medical degree from the Medical School for International Health at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, he completed both his Internal Medicine residency and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

As an active member of CHEST, the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP), Dr. Shiloh serves as faculty leader and co-chair for the Critical Care Ultrasonography Program since.
Dr. Shiloh has authored over 35 original articles. He co-edited the “The 5-Minute ICU Consult” published by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins and has authored over 15 book chapters. His areas of interest and research include goal directed ultrasonography, focusing on difficult vascular access and shock states, early identification of critical illness, and critical care education and simulation training.
