Dr. Shiloh is the Director of the Critcal Care Medicine Consult Service and Associate Program Director of the Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. As a clinician-educator he is the Director of critical care ultrasound training.
Receiving his medical degree from the Medical School for International Health at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, he completed both his Internal Medicine residency and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Eintein College of Medicine.

As an active member of the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP), Dr. Shiloh serves as faculty for the Critical Care Ultrasonography Program. His areas of interest and research include goal directed ultrasonography, focusing on difficult vascular access and shock states, and critical care education and simulation training.
