Presenter's Instructions

2013 Advances Meeting...

Dear Advances Presenters:

Thank you for agreeing to present at the upcoming AECC Advances Meeting on June 11th at Glen Island. To assure the success of our meeting, we ask that you review the instructions below: 
Time

Please aim for 15 minutes for your talk to allow 5 minutes for discussion, as our goal for the meeting is to stimulate discussion and collaboration.

Powerpoint Please send your powerpoint file by 1) email to thomas.zucker-scharff@einstein.yu.edu OR (2) to the AECOM Reststop file server (\\Reststop\public\ADVANCES 2013) by noon Monday June 10th. For easy identification, please use the following file naming convention: Lastname_MACorPC.ppt (e.g., stein_mac.ppt, libutti_pc.ppt). Please notify Tom Zucker-Scharff by email (thomas.zucker-scharff@einstein.yu.edu) when you have deposited your file on Reststop as files are automatically deleted every two days. If you have problems/questions please call Tom (718.430.3512). 
Backup Please bring a backup copy (memory stick, CD, etc.) of your presentation with you on June 11th and report to the projectionist at least 30 minutes before the start of the session to review your slides.
Presentation: You will have control of your powerpoint presentation at the podium and laser pointers will be provided. 
Note:  Please be sure to emphasize the cancer connections if the talk is more about model systems/basic science.
