Benjamin Winter is a principal of The Winter Organization, a family-operated owner/developer of commercial, residential and industrial real estate. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University

Mr. Winter serves on the Einstein Board of Overseers and is a member of its executive committee. He contributes his business expertise to advancing the College of Medicine’s mission to transform human health. He and his wife Susan are Einstein Benefactors. Their generous support helps advance the efforts of investigators at the Michael F. Price Center for Genetic and Translational Medicine/Harold and Muriel Block Research Pavilion working to find better ways to treat and prevent a host of devastating medical conditions.

He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of The Jewish Museum and serves on several of its committees. Mr. Winter serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Franklin and Marshall College. In addition, he is a member of the Real Estate Counsel of both the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Carnegie Hall. He further supports the Human Rights Campaign and WNYC Radio and has been a long term benefactor of Beit Issie Shapiro, a school for handicapped children in Israel.

Mr. Winter, however, is most proud of his family: his wife, Susan; children David, Alison and Margaret; and his outstanding grandchild, Charlie.
