Jennifer Ty works at Johnson & Johnson in the Medical Devices & Diagnostics
business segment. She is a part of Independent Review, which reviews projects
that are considered business critical or have unusual risks/challenges to
recommend practical actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Prior to joining J&J, she began her career in finance at Merrill Lynch and
later at a boutique asset management firm.
received her Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Chemistry from Dartmouth
College. She was awarded the Dartmouth Tucker Foundation Award for
Community Service for her fundraising work with Habitat for Humanity.
Jennifer joined the Einstein Emerging Leaders board in 2013.
