Patents Issued to Einstein in 2010

In 2010, Einstein was granted 19 new U.S. patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), making this one of the most prolific years in Einstein’s history.

These patents represent cutting-edge research developed at Einstein that was previously disclosed by the inventors to the office of biotechnology (via the Invention Disclosure Form).  The disclosures were reviewed by Einstein’s Patent Committee, which subsequently recommended that Einstein pursue intellectual property protection.

The offices of biotechnology and business development would like to acknowledge all of the Einstein inventors for their notable achievements.
